Accurately determining the quantity and quality of Illumina libraries is critical for experimental success and even sample coverage. This talk will go over the various laboratory factors that can influence cluster densities, and how to use of qPCR and fragment size analysis to ensure achieved densities are optimal and reproducible. After we will have a short question and answer session to allow for user feedback on the various QC methods currently used.
